The First Movement
Because our surroundings directly influence our mood, energy and quality of life, we help you look at your interior in a new way, making it more calming and restorative. Our Discovery Offer is designed for anyone drawn to the MUSKHANE energy who wishes to transform one room in their home, bringing greater harmony, balance and comfort into their everyday life.
More than a traditional remote interior coaching session, the Discovery Offer provides a first, focused approach to the room that feels the most difficult to live in or the least aligned with your current needs.

The steps
Before your first appointment
You will receive a questionnaire, along with a request for photographs and videos of the room concerned, allowing Valérie to familiarise herself with your environment.
Two remote sessions
A first 45-minute appointment with Valérie will be dedicated to exploring your expectations and the challenges you are experiencing in this room.
A few days later, a second 45-minute session will provide you with concrete ideas for transforming the space and giving it renewed energy.
Your transformation guide
At the end of the consultation, you will receive your personalised transformation guide, featuring 3 to 5 simple, precise and immediately actionable recommendations.
All conversations will be in English.
