Don't worry about your Christmas shopping: unsuitable items can be returned or exchanged until January 15, 2023.
In compliance with L.121-20 article of the consumption code, the consumer gets 14 working days from the order's delivery to request a refund.
Thank you to contact Muskhane by email within 14 working days from the receipt of the order to inform of your intention. The consumer gets 3 working days to send back to MUSKHANE the corresponding items.
Any goods have to be returned undamaged, along with the accessories and documents provided. Products will not have been used, nor have suffered any damage and have to be perfectly clean.
Return costs are not refundable and the products are delivered under the responsibility of the customer. Upon exercise of the legal right to a refund, MUSKHANE will refund the customer the total amount without any charge.
In case of a dammage product or a mistake from from our side, a return number will be provided by our team.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the returned goods.
