Our lampshades and hanging lights are made of sheep's wool felt, the emblematic material of MUSKHANE. Natural and renewable, it is healthy and respectful of the environment. MUSKHANE felt is obtained through a long work of pressure and friction, made by hand and foot by our Nepalese craftsmen. An artisanal confection, which makes each of our lights unique.

How to transform a MUSKHANE lampshade into a hanging light ?

MUSKHANE lampshades are sold without an electrical system, unlike our hanging lights, which can be installed as soon as they are received. Our lampshades are sold with a copper-plated metal structure, allowing a nice shaping once suspended. They are reversible and offer multiple possibilities in terms of combinations. To transform a MUSKHANE felted wool lampshade into a hanging lamp, we offer a suspension kit, consisting of a rose, an electric cable and an E27 socket. For the more do-it-yourselfers, you also have the possibility to buy the elements separately.
